[GAMEPLAY] Talon Ultimate Not Giving Stealth

I was playing 1v1 with a friend on the aram map went to fight and when I jumped on him I never went stealth when I used ultimate. I have noticed this happens mostly when you are melee range with him and typically if you are auto attacking or using q then ultimate quickly afterwards.

I have seen this happen in almost every normal queue game I play and thus stopped playing talon.

Step 1: attack an enemy using melee range auto attack or q Step 2: as soon as it hits hit ultimate Step 3: Cry as your bursted down due to not being stealthed
