Ziggs abilities are invisible

When ziggs throws an ability, specifically his q and e, they were invisible only to me but not allies or enemies, it throws off my accuracy on my q and makes it difficult to land, i noticed they were invisible after i ignited a lee sin but i didnt do anything too out of the ordinary to kill.
