[CLIENT] Perma black screen upon first pick

Client goes black once you reach champ select. This phenomenon only seems to appear when you are first pick and/or draft modes only. Happened to me in ranked.

Key features: 1.Chat still works. 2.There is no known fix other than to quit the client.

EDIT 1/6: Happened again, but while typing it put me in queue again and asked me to cancel something loading and i did in order to accept. Don't know what this means. Cursor is forever loading.
