[GamePlay]Yasuo basic attacks spam 0 damage

I was playing Yasuo try to farm at level one when a Annie came to get a couple hits on me. So when I started to attack I pressed Q then basic attacked. When I basic attack though, it just spamed the animation with out dealing damage.This seems to happen every couple of games in the beginning

I don't know how to re create it because it seems to be random. Just try playing a couple games with Yasuo
