Trundle interaction Bug

I was just playing Fiora top and it must have been a Trundle pillar interaction with riposte or dash, but whatever happened prevented me from using summoners until death. I noticed when I backed that my summs were still greyed out even though they were off cooldown. I relogged quickly and they were still greyed. I tried dueling trundle later and got slaughtered cuz I couldnt flash, once I died I could use my summs again. Pretty big flaw though that you need to die to fix the problem, put you at a severe disadvantage in lane (especially when you were winning but now have to forfeit a kill)
