In game shop text

While i am in a league game (doesn't matter the map). Click on the shop/store and when i click on a item. Ex void staff and dont have enough gold to buy. I get a text box saying cant buy due to a list of reason. (Not near shop, don t have enough gold, dont have the pre required items etc. any tips to disable it?
