[GAMEPLAY] MordeKaiser's bug on autoattack after reactivating W

There is in-game bug that's occurring frequently when I play Mordekaiser.

The bug happens when Mordekaiser uses W nearby any target (minion, monster, or champion), then reactivate to deal damage with W. Rightafter this moment, sometimes Mordekaiser's autoattacks gets nullified (deals no damage, and Q also doesn't work since it's on-hit skill).

And additionally, Dealing damage with W doesn't work as AOE. Sometimes It only deals only 2 or 3 minions when there are more minions around. The damage on this one also is nullified.

Please Fix this if its bug. If this is not a bug, you guys should fix tool tip on Q and W

It is a bug which has been reported several times on the boards. However, so far, Riot has not responded on any of them, so we don't know yet if they acknowledge the existence of this bug.
