[GAMEPLAY] reworked galio -W armor ratio

The live reworked Galio has a armor ratio in his W, but if you build armor it doesnt seem to get any higher. In the practice tool i bought full thornmail to see if it got higher but it was still 0. I dont know if it was on purpose or just a visual bug but i would aprreciate if someone would look into it.
