When you dodge a ranked lobby, you get punished twice over.

This just happened to me, I dodged and I lost around 12 lp when I should've lost only 3. I also went on a super long wait time, like 30mins or so when I should've gotten 5mins. TL;DR Dodged once, got punished twice.

You must have dodged more recently than you thought.
