Game breaking bug where i have to hold space and the y key to move

Ok so over the span of almost a month ill have random intervals of when i have to hold space and the y key to move my champ, i cant cast or do anything but move, its almost impossible to play ranked with this happening. i can press almost every button to try and get my champ to move but nothing helps but the space and y fix (Even then sometimes that doesnt work!) Help pls
