game crashes AFTER champion select... plz help im on a new pc with windows 10

ive been trying things all day, ive reinstalled. Set dns server to 8 8 8 8, 8 8 4 4, ive set to run compatility mode windows 7... im out of ideas... can someone please help. I get the bug splat error and it asks to report error or not which i have serveral times. i go from a shit radeon 6000 series to a gtx 1070 and a whole new pc and it wont work.... lovely and ofc waiting to get a ticket answered is like pissing in the wind

Literally same thing just happened to me, immediately crashed when champion select finished. Wouldn't let me back in. Forced me to lose 20lp EDIT: Oh yay! also low priority que for something that wasn't my fault!

I've had this problem for about a month now and I still haven't gotten an answer how to fix it. At least having my game permanently bugged restricts me from experiencing cancer on a daily basis.

league is working tho... you go to twitch and there are tons of people streaming... i dont get it

I've got the same issue, done EVERYTHING on their support help and still doesnt work, have a good computer and im starting to get very mad right now. :/ Repair, reinstall, firewall disabled, latest drivers and updates etc. nothing will work for me. :(

Well i waited out the 20 min leaver buster and it just did the same thing to me... Now im going to be leaver bustered for like an hour... great

Ever since Windows forced an update on me League simply doesn't work anymore. Same problem, once the Champ cards come up the game becomes totally unplayable. If I tab out I get a very brief glimmer of hope where I can see the game, but then instantly goes to a blank screen. Now I'm going into my second round of leaver buster, and I really don't even want to log back into League to see the damage.

I've tried re-downloading League (a cool 2 hours of waiting that ultimately amounted to nothing), fiddling with the properties, even looking at my firewall. Nothing works. Basically, it seems to be a conflict between the new windows update and the League in game client. This is also not exclusive to 6.20, but the problem was also going on in 6.19.

Overall, this problem is disappointing. Considering I just spent Riot points to buy a skin and I can't even play the game, I can't help but be a little upset. Please Riot, please try and fix this soon.

Happened to me too last 3 games, hadn't played in a lot.

First time it happened it was 20 mins into the game, and suddenly everything froze and i was forced to restart computer.

Second time it happened right at the very beggining, loaded fountain and game crashed. I was forced to restart computer.

Third time I did it on a custom game to check somethings. Lasted 00:26 seconds. I had music on backgraound which also froze, and around 00:20 seconds I opened a google chrome window. Also forced to restart computer. Before this crash i also "repaired files" but it seems to not have given any result.

Around 1 week ago my windows 10 updated something, don't really know what, but maybe that's the problem, since I played league a lot in this computer.

Also I should say I play other games, such as Overwatch, Tree of Savior, Ragnarok, TERA... and in non of these have i had a freeze / crash problem.

My brother faces a similar issue with his win 10 pc. His screen goes all black during champ select. What he's done to solve it, is delete the two files below "deploy" in the "releases" folder (rads>projects>lolairclient>releases). Try it.
