Glitch with Vi

Not 100% sure why or when, but Vi freezes and stops attacking occasionally. During this time you can not use summoner spells, move her, or any of her spells, even though your ping might be fine. Perhaps there is a simple solution I am missing, but I thought I might put my two cents out there. Thank you for your time.
