[Client]Champ select bug

Just going to say i do not know how to replicate the bug but I will say how it happened. I was in ranked champ select and it was the enemies turn to choose. Right before the time ran out, one of the enemy summoners quickly switched to another champion(3rd summoner to be exact). Then when it was our turn to pick, me and the other summoner were unable to and it said at the top "waiting for summoner 3 to select a champion". We were both confused but waited it out. It showed she was not locked in and the timer was on their side of the screen. After the timer ran out, I was kicked from champ select for not choosing a champ, lost lp, and was not able to join a game for 5 minutes. I dont really have proof because it happened so fast and I dont know if it was created from the fast switch of champions or if it's just client side. I was wondering if anyone else here has encountered the same problem too. Thanks!
