Bilgewater Event Pages Not Working

For some reason all the event pages like the TF/Graves page, the Butcher Bridge Gameplay, and the new Rogue Slaughter Fleet page just aren't loading properly for me. The music is playing in the background and the loading icon is sloshing the water around, but it just won't move past 0% now matter how long I wait. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
