[Gameplay] Ziggs bombs are invisible

I'm not entirely sure if this is with any skin or with any champions or what have you. I will be as detailed as I can so that you may recreate the issue. Keep in mind that I wont have the steps involved because they would simply be too long. In a nutshell though Ziggs bombs will be invisible however you can still see the effects of them, (the glow that the minefield gives off as well with bouncing bomb, in team fights though its nearly impossible to see.)

I'm assuming the skin itself is the main issue with this bug, and I would test it myself to see but I don't own Ziggs.

That is all the information that I can give to recreate this bug. If I had taken an in-game screen shot I would have uploaded that but I was a little too engrossed in the game. I hope this helps to figure out what the bug was/is.

Had this complaint a while back. Played Master Arcanist Ziggs. Enemy claimed they couldn't see my bombs. Just figured I'd contribute that bit of information, since it's a different skin.

I've also encountered it myself from the opposite side. I couldn't see a default-skin Ziggs' bombs.
