Client update is at 33% and keeps scanning files. It just keeps going and no percent higher.

Rate after the dark star thresh disable is fixed I open my League Client and it sais 33% and file scanned it keeps climbing but doesn't go higher wen it comes to the percent. I'm a 4000 files scanned and nothing is happening I need a fix so I can play this amazing game. PLZ help me
