Didn't get credit for winning a ranked game.

Just played a ranked game where I was 1-0 in my promo going into plat 2. When the game finished i didn't get promoted and the game doesn't show in my match history. When I went to na.op.gg it shows that i played and won the game. http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=apeks+andy
