QIYANA Q DEALING 0 DAMAGE ALL GAME [DISABLE RANKED]

The Q was bugged the entire game, it straight up did 0 damage to minions, monsters, and champions. We ff'd at 15 since I wasn't a champion that game.

You can see in the clip it doing 0 damage. Disgusting patch, disabled ranked asap.
