Ive been noticing that all over google and other websites where league players can put in their thoughts and a lot of times people are winning the majority of their games and still get into bronze 5 with zero lp

That's because of your last season's MMR ( Match making rating). If you did duo with a low MMR person during placements or you were bronze V- Silver II .. You will always be thrown mostly down by 4-5 tiers. Diamond 5's are not plat V or IV ...plat's are gold V, Golds are silver V, Silvers are bronze IV or V. I see it as punishment for lazier people.. If you didnt get high, you will be thrown in elo hell. So that should serve as motivation for you in the next season, or anybody else.

I do not want to finish placements because of this bug. I have won5 out of 9 right now. I do not want to be forced into bronze five
