Lost project tokens after forging PROJECT Skin Shard

After 22 hours of completing all of the PROJECT:Hunters missions, I try to forge a PROJECT Champion orb and a PROJECT Skin Shard. Once I forged the PROJECT Skin Shard, it says I need to restart my client and after I restart it, my project tokens gone, without any project skin shard.

(Edit: Well apparently, I need to restart the client twice to get the project skin shard)
