Volibear passive bug

During a Ranked game i came across a volibear bug. His passive was working fine for the first half of the game, but then at about 25 - 30 minutes it just stopped all together. Even at 100 health the passive would say its available but not go off. Please fix this bug riot, it cost me my game.
