There is something wrong with my promos.

So recently I have been playing a lot of normal games. My last ranked game was around 19 days ago. My last game of ranked was a promo one. I played it, and successfully won that game, which should normally place me 1 game won into series... Instead I noticed that instead of being a green mark next to my name, there was an X. I thought to myself that I had lost a game, because it has been such a long time since I played ranked, so I went ahead and opened op.gg. I scrolled through the match history to see my last ranked games, and found that I won the last 2 games. So Riot is this a visual bug? Or is this just a bug all around.
