[UI][GAMEPLAY]Amumu bug( Rod of Ages bug? Spirit Visage bug?)

Hi!

I was playing amumu a few hours ago and i noticed an odd thing that i think is a bug, I think it would be visible with other champs too.

Buying with while using your W while displaying your health changes (dmg and healing) it will show not int numbers but doubles or floats, whit all digitsd being visible like : 1.3000082347238742 etc, for I think about 16 digits(I didn't count it but I suppose it should be 16 digits)

Nut a huge problem in it self, but it could come up with other item combinations. I suppose its caused by the healig from with increasing healing it would not return to number to the UI in proper type
