Club I created has vanished [CLIENT]

I have created a Club last year and everyone is still in it including me but I cant leave or re-join. The club has vanished from my list and everyone says I'm still the leader. Can you help me please to bring back the club on my account? Thank you

You need to submit a Support Ticket. There was an issue with clubs a while back and some people needed a manual fix.
