PBE Link not responding...

I recently got an email from Riot-games that I was accepted into the PBE. I was very excited to join but the website link (Create your PBE account) doesn't respond. It just says Error 500 after about 10 seconds of trying to buffer, I tried to clear cookies/history but it didn't work and looked for other sources but nothing worked.

Any suggestions?

i just got invited too. its doing the update now on my client at the moment but keeps getting to about 25% and then starts the download all over again. mind you my internet sucks where im staying at the moment, but the download is horrible (shifts from 500-800 minutes ETA, which is 8-13+hours of download time). idk whats wrong or if this is normal
