Patch 5.1 - Issues loading into games

Recently I've had issues loading into games, I reach around 99% and occasionally reach 100%, all good. But I never actually get into the game, when people spectate or play with me they say that the game has started but my screen still shows the loading screen. Anyone know of a way to fix this? I have already reinstalled League and repaired it, the issue has not gone away.
