Jhin w bug

So I have been playing games on Jhin and have noticed that the mark that lets you know you can snare a champion will sometimes stay on a champion even if the champion has not recently been hit by anything. This makes it hard to tell if you can actually snare a champion or not when doing a quick mouse over. I have been using his skin so I don't know if it is just skin specific or not. And in my last game I was playing with some friends and they said that they could see the mark there too, so it is not just a visual bug for the Jhin player but for the whole team. Let me know if you guys have seen this as well.
