High Ping Spikes

So over the past year of me playing league I haven't had too many many problems with ping. Until recently i have been having high, frequent ms spikes in only league of legends. I have tried many of things people say is a solution and have spent hours trying to figure it out. i normally have 20-40 ms but it spikes to 200+. The only thing that fixes it is wiping my ssd clean and re downloading everything. Then after a week or two the ms spikes come back and i wipe it again.
