[GAMEPLAY] Vel'Koz Q in ARAM

Hi I had problems with Vel'Koz Q in ARAM about 10 minutes ago. The range got interrupted by anything that got in the way (ally minions and champs, Bards heal pots), sometimes not, but sometimes it ended right in front of him for no reason.
