Keeps crashing once I get to 100% in loading screen

This is very frustrating for me because I know its not my fault. My ping usually stats at 50-100 with occasional lag spikes. It crashed 5 times after loading to 100%. I imagine its frustrating for my teammates as well because it was a ranked game. And because of this problem ive been placed in a queue for 10 minutes for 5 games. I really enjoy this game and I hope that someone will get back to me and help me fix this problem. Thank you for your time.
