Got some problems with the chests
Hello guys...since last week everytime that i get an s+ or an s- i didint get the chests,not even the keys....well i just wanted to know if its bcz im using the old client or smth? Thanks Good night :D

Have you read up on Hextech Crafting to make sure you know exactly how chests are earned?
You can only get 1 chest per champion each season. You must have a chest slot available (visible in your Profile). You must earn an S, or a premade ally earns an S (you get it for the one you're playing, not theirs). You must not be loot restricted. You must own the champion to earn a chest for it.

You can only receive a chest once per champion, upon receiving an S- ranking or above from a game playing said champion.
The availability to receive a chest should have been reset on the first of the season.
I'm not certain if that is referring to the start of season 7 (December 8tt, 2016) or the start of the year (January 1st, 2017).
Key fragments are awarded on a chance per win, and the chance decreases by a small amount upon winning a fragment. This chance is reset each month.
This is according to the Q&A for Hextech Crafting prior to the initial launch.
I'm not sure if anything has changed since then.
