Permanent dual buffs?

I was playing a normal game with friends until I got slain by an enemy champion, before I got slain by the enemy champs, I newly killed my blue and red buff as Sivir. As I engaged in a team-fight, before I died I pressed E as that was the only thing I can do before getting 1 shotted (adc's in 2k17). To which I realized, when I respawned I still held by 2 buffs that I newly have gotten before engaging in the teamfight. The buffs itself held no... buffs? As blue did not give me mana regen and red did not give me a burn and extra health regen; it was just there for the rest of the game.
