TALON PASSIVE BUG ON TF STILL NOT FIXED FOR A MONTH
Cannot See talon's passive stacks on TF when TF has low movement speed or is slowed. This is happening on KR and NA servers and there hasnt been a fix for nearly a month. please fix this riot.
