[GAMEPLAY] So I took Gentleman Gnar Top Lane with Flash and Tele and could buy Hunter's Machete

So with this patch there is a jungle item glitch. I went Gentleman Gnar Top Lane with Flash and Teleport. I took Doran's Blade a Healths Potion and Warding Trinket. On First Recall I purchased a Dagger, Boots of Speed, 3 Health Potions and a Vision Ward and returned to lane. On my Second recall to shop and heal I noticed after buying my Recurve Bow, for my Blade of the Ruined King path, that I had the option to buy Devourer with my Recurve Bow.

My friend told me to try it and I did. It made the item, then the completed item instantly disappeared from my inventory. With no Devouer in my inventory there was nothing to click undo on at the shoo/spawn and thus I lost all my gold from the purchase. 1800 gold.
