Quinn Ult Bug

I was in an URF match today as Quinn (Phoenix skin if that means anything), and some of the times when i transformed into Valor, I'd still be firing arrows instead of using Valor's melee. The attack speed buff while in Valor's form was also not applied, but i'm not sure if I could use any of the abilities or not (didn't have chance to test that since it'd kill me every time). Not sure if it has to do with the patch or not since i haven't played her in a while, or if URF has anythign to do with it.
