[Gameplay] Rammus Q bug

Today I played rammus jungle. While trying to farm the jungle i would click on the Jungle creeps while using his q. I noticed that it would often run toward the krugs and if you just clicked on one to target it, it would not apply the damage or knock them back. I do not know exactly how to recreate it and I don't know if it is a pathing issue or not. I only noticed this while targeting stationary creeps. Is anyone else noticing this problem?
