Do you have a refund token left? If yes go to the shop, press the icon right of the gift box to get to your profile, go to purchase history and there you should be able to refund it. It also shows you how many refunds you have left.

They might not have to do that if they file a support ticket and explain the situation

Send a support ticket, I'm sure they will let you transfer it

you can refund skins without using a refund token if you havent used the skin yet
