Buying master yi gives you negative IP, as well buy a $35 dollar pack of RP you don' get the bonus

Hi in the last week I have experienced two bugs that have really gotten me mad. For starters, last week i got an RP bundle for $35 dollars and I did not get the 450 bonus RP. I love league so I didn't want to be a bother, but, then today I bought master yi with around 600 ip and I was left with -372 ip. Of course this happens in the client part of league. I was wondering if i could possibly get the bonus rp but if I cant its fine. Thanks, Syberlaw

apparently this happens as an on screen bug and should be fixed next time u logged on(the master yi IP bug thingy). For the rp if u send a ticket to riot they will give u the rp 100% EDIT: The IP bug is not only for master yi but for every champion but it should be fixed anyhow.

thanks for the repub. By the way where do you get the ticket. I bought them through riot so I did not get a receipt?

go to player support and then u can send email which is the 'ticket'

Yeah i remember being new to the game like 8 months ago and i bought yi at early level and I actually remember this happening. I just thought it was like that everytime u bought a champion but Yi was my first champ and now when i think about it im pretty sure this happend to me aswell
