Dc's even more toxic with kalista

When an ally you bound DC's you cannot use your ult.. I can buy a new item to rebind, but i cant rebind. I understand the ability is intended to be a permanent and important choice, but its a little silly when i bind right away and my ally dc's a couple seconds later only to never come back.
