Bug with Dynamic Queue: Can't lock in.

While trying to pick a champion in champion select in Dynamic Queue I couldn't lock in my champion and unfortunately was booted out with a time penalty. I had a good 10 seconds to lock in and I am sure I was not lagging during that time. Someone else in a queue beforehand may have had the same issue as they picked a champion when they did not declare one and did not lock in which seems odd. Comment below if you got this too and upvote to make sure people see this as this could be a big issue.
