Issue with RP Charging....

I charged $50 (7200RP) with my debit card connected to my account, but RP did not immediately come in to my account. I checked my bank account and it showed that you guys charged me $50. Then I tried to charge $5 and it worked perfectly fine, but still my 7200RP did not come in to my account.
