Rank LP Bug [Client]

I was in Silver 2 with 0 LP and i won a game and it said +22 LP but it only gave me 12 LP so i had less cushion than normally because of the bug. I got demoted to Silver 3 because of this bug. Riot please look into this bug and give me silver 2 with my 22 LP that i should have gotten.
