[CRASH] Reconnect Error - Stuck at 100% in the Loading screen

In 75% of the cases i try to reconnect to the game after i disconnected or closed the ingame client im stuck at 100% in the Loading screen. I already tried several bugfixes and general solutions like the repair function in the Launcher or updating my drivers and that kind of stuff, but i didnt fix rthe problem yet. Whenever i start a game the first time i connect to the game works just fine so it only affects the reconnect trys. The worse part is, that if im stuck once at 100% I need to reboot my PC because if I try to relaunch LoL without rebooting im stuck at the Loading screen again everytime until i restart.
