[GAMEPLAY]

I was playing ranked game with Ashe (don't know if that matters or not),but anyway, when the game loaded,I couldn't move from the circle where we appear at the start of the game,I could move inside that circle, but not outside,I used flash, hoping that it will do any good, but instead my champion went back on his own. Then I left the game and reconnected, hoping that it will fix that problem, and it did,but was already too late for my teammates and the game, and I now have 5 game penalties of 20 min. Please fix this problem that it not appear in further games and to anyone else.Thank you.
