Battle Boss Qiyana border set not showing up

so idk if this is supposed to be here but i just wanted some help so i got the Qiyana border set and when i load in for a game it doesnt show up it says i own the border is there anything i can do or get riot to help?

Same here im not getting mine to show up either and the skin is also 1350 but not considered an epic?
