Cant turn off sounds in Client. In game all is fine.

Cant turn off sounds in Client. In game all is fine, but champion ban quotes, ambience and music when in champ select I cant turn off. I go to click the musci box off and it does nothing. Tried to repair league but that did nothing. Clicking the "disable login screen music" also does nothing.
