[GAMEPLAY] get into game and cant click or do anything

I get into the game and I cant do anything, cant upgrade skills cant open shop, nothing. all I can do is close the game through task manager, I cant even alt+f4. this happened in my last two games where I was playing sion and tristana. nothing works. please help. P.S. just have to say this is in 8.3
