blitz pulls

Sometimes when I use blitz pull, his arm extends a bit further sometimes in bush. Also lately his pull seems to grab champs even when you miss them, it looked like his pull has a bit more width to the pull. It was kind of interesting so tried the same pull a few times in the game just to make sure and it worked a few times.
