[gameplay] Homeguards effect is preserved 1 time after sale

The movement speed effect is preserved 1 time after selling boots with homeguards upgrade. I think this should not happen if you sell them.

See attached:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Stay in base fountain.
  2. Buy boots.
  3. Upgrade boots to Homeguards.
  4. Sell boots.
  5. Step out of base.

Actually it should.

You can't refund them after you buy them, as the effect is immediately given to the champion. Even if you are dead, it will still have the effect upon spawning.

Also, why would you purchase homeguard boots then sell it? ... are you trying to become poor?
