Miss Fortune bug: Q skill has a bug

Q has an additional ad of 200 throughout the game, from level 1 to max level (only on the first target it hits). However, on the second target that double up hits, it has 0 ad added to the base damage also throughout the game. if you don't understand what I'm saying, go make a custom game and select Miss Fortune. You'll get what I mean about the Q skill.

Could just be tooltip visual. Go test the damage.
